The Phycology lab of the University Duisburg-Essen is searching for a learned Biological technical assistant.The position will be in Essen in Bánk Beszteri's new lab.

Job description:

• Laboratory control and support of teaching and scientific studies
• Fieldsampling of freshwater and terrestrial habitats (possibly even ship-expeditions)
• Isolation and care of microalgal cultures
• Light and Electronic Microscope Analyses
• Participating in experiments on microalgal growth and ecophysiological experiments
• Biological molecular analyses

 Deadline on May 7th 2019.
